SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from Lake Mary Behavioral and Infusion Center. These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Follow-up care check-ins
  • Scheduling assistance
  • General non-sensitive health communications
  • Administrative messages related to your care

No sensitive or diagnostic information will be sent via SMS.


2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your care needs, but you can expect 2-3 messages per month. Frequency may increase temporarily if you have multiple appointments or active care coordination.


3. Cost

Lake Mary Behavioral and Infusion Center does not charge for text messages, but standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your wireless plan for details.


4. Opt-In

You may opt in by:

  • Signing a communication consent form during patient registration
  • Checking the opt-in box on our intake form
  • Replying YES to an SMS invitation from our officeVerbally consenting to receiving SMS messages

By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission.


5. Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from Lake Mary Behavioral and Infusion Center, you may:

  • Reply STOP to any message
  • Call our office at 407-732-7266
  • Update your preferences during a visit

Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.

Our messages are supported by major U.S. mobile carriers, but message delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
