Antonio M. Cubano MD
Dr. Antonio M. Cubano is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with expertise in both General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. After earning his medical degree, Dr. Cubano completed his internship at the University of Connecticut and advanced his training in Psychiatry at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is also recognized as a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, highlighting his commitment to excellence in the field.
Dr. Cubano’s practice focuses on comprehensive mental health care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders across all age groups. His specialization in Treatment-Resistant Depression allows him to offer alternative treatment options tailored to patients who have not responded to standard therapies. His extensive experience includes both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care, as well as participation in pharmaceutical clinical trials, showcasing his well-rounded approach to patient care. Dr. Cubano is committed to shaping the next generation of psychiatric professionals in his role as Assistant Clinical Professor at the Florida State University Department of Psychiatry. Pamela Yarrington, PA
Pamela Yarrington is a highly experienced Physician Associate specializing in Psychiatry, with over 30 years of clinical practice. She graduated as a Physician Assistant from the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, and earned her Master’s Degree in Psychiatry from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Pamela has been practicing in Central Florida since 1987, bringing decades of dedicated mental health care to the community.
Pamela’s extensive background includes work in various psychiatric settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and correctional facilities. She treats a wide range of psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular specialization in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) across all age groups. Her approach to care emphasizes compassionate, comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
Outside of her professional practice, Pamela is actively involved in church ministry and participates in Central Florida Community Arts. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and going on cruises.

Jeffrey Lewis, PA
Jeffrey Lewis is a Physician Assistant specializing in Psychiatry. He graduated from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, and then went on to graduate as a Physician Assistant from Florida State University’s College of Medicine – Physician Assistant Program in Tallahassee, Florida. He has always had an interest in psychiatry since his time at the University of West Florida, and this interest grew while studying to become a Physician Assistant at Florida State University.
He went on to intern in several psychiatric facilities during his clinical clerkships and learned how to help treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and across all age groups. He has always had a passion for mental health, and he is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient centered healthcare to clients of all ages.
Outside of the clinic, Jeffrey enjoys spending his free time exercising, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Daisy Zevallos, APRN
Daisy Zevallos, APRN, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and a specialized certification in psychiatric mental health from Nova Southeastern University. Motivated by the growing mental health crisis, Daisy dedicated her career to providing compassionate, individualized care to clients across the lifespan.
With a strong focus on improving and maintaining mental health, Daisy offers personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her expertise spans a variety of psychiatric conditions, and she works closely with individuals of all ages to enhance their mental well-being.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Daisy enjoys spending quality time with her family and visiting amusement parks.

Parinaz Fard-Aghaie, MA, LMHC, NCC, CFRC
Parinaz Fard-Aghaie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) dedicated to providing multicultural and holistic care in a safe, judgment-free environment. Her mission is to walk alongside her clients on their journey to healing, empowering them to express themselves freely while working toward their personal goals.
Parinaz believes that no one is exempt from life’s challenges and is dedicated to working with individuals who are ready to seek solutions and initiate meaningful change. She is committed to supporting, advocating for, and empowering her clients to discover their own resolutions, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. Parinaz is trained in several therapeutic modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is also certified to administer psychological assessments such as the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA) and the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI). Additionally, Parinaz has extensive experience working with First Responders and addressing issues related to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and other significant life challenges.
Fluent in multiple languages, including German and Farsi, Parinaz brings a rich cultural perspective to her practice and is eager to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

Kiara Nieves, LMHC
Kiara Nieves is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Counseling, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. With over 5 years of experience in mental health, Kiara specializes in treating PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. She has also worked closely with Alzheimer’s patients and their families, providing compassionate care and support.
Kiara brings a unique blend of mental health expertise and over 12 years of leadership and business operations experience, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. She is passionate about helping individuals realize their career potential and develop the skills to succeed. Before joining Lake Mary Behavioral & Infusion Center, Kiara gained valuable experience at Charter Research, focusing on Alzheimer’s Disease and medical research. She also worked as a Program Therapist at Halifax Health, where she conducted individual, family, and group therapy. Additionally, Kiara completed her internship at The Refuge, where she focused on PTSD, trauma, and associated conditions.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Kiara is committed to providing culturally sensitive care to a diverse range of clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and traveling.

Danielle Prieto, LMHC
Danielle Prieto is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience in supporting clients through a variety of mental health concerns. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University.
Danielle firmly believes that every individual is capable of change and strives to create an empathetic, warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Her goal as a therapist is to empower individuals by helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their behaviors, and the world around them. Danielle is dedicated to guiding clients through their healing process so they can reach their full potential.
Her therapeutic approach is integrated and personalized to meet each client’s unique needs. She utilizes evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
Danielle provides services to clients ages 5 and older, addressing issues such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), physical and emotional abuse, eating disorders, and anger and stress management.
In her personal time, Danielle enjoys activities that balance her mental and physical health, including hiking, photography, baking, and traveling.

Jacqueline D’Orta, LMHC
Jacqueline D’Orta is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with 10 years of extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With a master’s in clinical mental health counseling and doctoral studies in Forensic Psychology and specialization in working with neurodivergence, mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma and crisis Jacqueline is able to help patients in gaining a deeper understanding of their mental health and in navigating stressful everyday issues.
Jacqueline is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where patients feel understood and supported as they navigate their healing journey. She draws on evidence-based modalities tailored to each patient’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), with a specialization in crisis and trauma counseling for PTSD and associated conditions.
